Return and Refund Policy

At Dots and Vines Henna, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality henna paste for creating stunning temporary tattoos. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to assist you with any concerns regarding your henna paste purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of henna paste, certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as henna cones, custom products like special orders or personalized items, and After Care products. Additionally, please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We have a strict no exchange policy for henna paste. If you have any concerns or issues with your henna paste order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Refunds: We only accept returns on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna powder). They also must not be used. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping. The buyer must ship the order within 30 days of requesting the return. Once the item is in our possession, and is inspected to confirm that it has not been used, then the refund will be processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at dotsandvines@gmail.com.
