Cancellation Policy

Dots & Vines Henna – Booking Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To ensure fairness to both our clients and artists, the following cancellation policy applies to all henna bookings:

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $5 is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit will be applied to your final balance.

2. Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours notice: You may cancel, but the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to artist availability.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows: No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.

4. Group or Event Bookings (e.g., weddings, parties)

  • Require a signed contract and may be subject to different cancellation terms outlined in the agreement.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.

5. Artist Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of your deposit will be issued, or we will do our best to reschedule or provide a substitute artist.
